1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel services requested through the Nexus portal operated by IND KL ACE NEXUS SERVICES OPC PVT LTD.

By purchasing or subscribing to services through our platform, you agree to the cancellation terms stated in this policy.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request cancellation in the following situations:

  • If the service has not yet been initiated or activated.
  • If the request is submitted within the allowed cancellation period.
  • If there was an accidental or duplicate transaction.
  • If the service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational reasons from the Nexus side.
Note: Once a service has been activated, processed, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation, customers must follow these steps:

Please provide the following details:
Registered Name
Transaction ID
Date of Payment
Reason for Cancellation

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction or before the service activation, whichever occurs first. Requests received after the service has been processed may not be eligible.

4. Cancellation Approval

After receiving a cancellation request:

  • Our support team will review the request.
  • Eligible requests will be approved within 5–7 working days.
  • Customers will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

5. Refund After Cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed according to the Nexus Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 2–7 working days after approval.

6. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services are not eligible for cancellation:

Activated or delivered services.
Subscription billing cycles started.
Fully utilized services.
Requests outside the window.

7. Policy Updates

Nexus reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on the website.
