4. Processing Refunds

The refund will be processed and approved within 7 working days after receiving your request. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved or if additional information is needed.When approved,The customer will get refund to their bank account with in 2 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

• Service requests made outside of the defined terms.
• Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the transaction date.
• Any services utilized or consumed fully.
